Guarantees
Lyon lockers
are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for
the life of the product, when used in accordance with manufacturer's
specifications and/or operating instructions.* (This warranty
applies to the original purchaser only, and purchaser's sole
remedy under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair
of the product and specifically excludes consequential, incidental
or any other damages directly or indirectly resulting from failure
of loss of use of Lyon products).
*Lock warranties limited.
Lenox lockers are warranted for a period of 20 years against rust, delamination or breakage of any of the plastic components under normal use.
American Accessories, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase when properly installed, handled, stored and maintained under normal use. Solid Phenolic is guaranteed against rust and separation for a period of ten (10) years.
PSiSC (Columbia Lockers) guarantees it's Solid Phenolic lockers when properly maintained against defects in workmanship and defects in the materials to include corrosion, warpage and delamination for a period of (15) fifteen years from date of invoice. This warranty is for material only. The hardware provided is guaranteed for (2) two years from defects.
Hallowell lockers come with a 2 year warranty against any factory defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase.
FoldingGuard Corporation bulk storage and visibility lockers come with a 5 year warranty on all parts and any manufacturer defects.
Steiner System Lockers carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship excluding damages caused by vandalism or mis-use.
Shipping
Freight is included in our quoted prices for shipment with in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Most of our products are shipped via common freight carriers. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the item removed from the truck. Most of our products are shipped on pallets which must be removed from the back of a trailer by means of a forklift or trailer high dock. Check with your sales person for your specific shipping needs. Lift gates, residential and inside delivery are available at an additional charge. No orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Your shipment must be checked for damage or shortages when you sign for it. You need to always note any obvious or potential damage on the bill of lading when you receive your order. Examples of this might be “corners crushed”, “shrink wrap broken”, “box short”, etc.
If bill of lading is signed noting damage or shortage at time of delivery and we are notified within 48 hours of shipment, we will process the freight claim for you. Otherwise, you are to file directly with the freight company. In addition, immediately call your salesperson who will assist you in getting replacements as soon as possible.
Returns
All sales of custom lockers are final. “In-Stock” lockers can only be returned within 30 days, after a “Return Authorization Number” is given to you by your salesperson. Any product being returned with a Return Authorization Number will be accepted for credit less a 35% restocking fee (Hallowell lockers is 45% restocking fees) and shipping fees. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact.

We use 128-bit encryption technology and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) in all areas where your account information is required. Our web site transactions are powered by Authorizenet which provides us with SSL security.
In addition, your personal and account information transaction history are kept behind our firewall on our servers. All transaction information is processed under encrypted channels.
